When building a new home there is a misconception that there is no need for an inspection to be conduct since everything is new. Unfortunately with new builds there are opportunities for contractors to cut corners and hide defects that the homeowner will not be aware of till months down the road that could cost additional money and problems. Our inspectors offer a 3 to 4 phase inspection process to provide the reassurance that your new home is being built to the correct standards. An inspection will be performed after the foundation is poured and set, after the framing is complete, after the main systems have been installed and then we provide the final walk-through. Our inspectors ensure that all phase inspections will include a thorough and detailed report of their findings and provide recommendations of any repairs that may be necessary before moving forward and the next process of that home build.
